The working-class history of the historic Over-The-Rhine solidifies itself in the identity of Cincinnati. An industrial city built by working-class people should continue to recognize and uplift the lives and creativity of everyday working-class people.
The art center uses the surrounding historical bricks from neighboring buildings, drawing connections from the past, to create the physical building blocks for the art center
